Module Agendas
Roster and Template Manager Enablement Session
This 3-hour session is designed to cover the end-to-end rostering process within Humanforce Web facilitated by a Humanforce Consultant. The topics covered include:
- Template Manager: creating, editing and importing roster templates
- Roster manager:
- People view (equivalent of emp roster screen in BO)
- Role view (grouping by location & department which is the equivalent of dept roster)
- Leave management – how to replace unavailable employees, how to remove employees on leave
- Shift Offers & Shift Bidding – how to offer shifts, publishing shifts, employee bidding.
- Shift confirmation process – focusing on when employees take on additional shifts
- Group Filter - configuring different attributes to show available cells via the cog button Bulk actions – bulk adding of shifts, bulk editing of rosters
- Roster Alerts – how to action a roster alert.
- Roster Costing
For our Event Planner customers, there will be an additional section included for Event Rostering covering adding events and selecting shifts against events.

Timesheet Admin Enablement Session
This 1.5-hour session is designed to cover the Timesheet Admin process within Humanforce Web facilitated by a Humanforce Consultant. The topics covered include:
- Advanced grouping and filtering options
- Customisation of columns
- Bulk generation of timesheets from no-shows and roster (new feature that is not available in the Back Office)
- Bulk editing of timesheets
- Bulk splitting of timesheets – focusing on the ability to allocate single timesheet into multiple areas
- Timesheet confirmation – employees can confirm timesheets via the Mobile App before they are paid
- Attendance review
- Navigating different Alerts and Warnings
This package includes up to 1 hour of Q&A support post-training session to be used within 10 business days.
Payroll Processing Enablement Session
This 1.5-hour session is designed to cover the Payroll process within Humanforce Web facilitated by a Humanforce Consultant. The topics covered include:
- Overview of the timesheet management process
- Overview of the payroll process
- Export of timesheet file, ready for importing to your payroll system
- How do you process a pay run
- How do you review the log for any issues
- How do you upload to pay-run
This package includes up to 1 hour of Q&A support post-training session to be used within 10 business days.
Leave & Availability Enablement Session
This 1.5-hour session is designed to cover the Leave & Availability process within Humanforce Web facilitated by a Humanforce Consultant. The topics covered include:
- Setting availability – daily and reoccurring
- Availability approvals
- Leave request and leave approval process
- Shift type hierarchy – processing unpaid leave
- Shared leave balances
This package includes up to 1 hour of Q&A support post-training session to be used within 10 business days.
Integration Central Enablement Session
This 1.5-hour session is designed to cover the Integration Central functionality within the Humanforce Web facilitated by a Humanforce Consultant. The topics covered include:
- How to use the file imports including scheduling imports, one-off imports and reviewing error logs review
- API Integrations – available endpoints
This package includes up to 1 hour of Q&A support post-training session to be used within 10 business days.
Employee Management Enablement Session
This 1.5-hour session is designed to cover the Employee Management process within Humanforce Web facilitated by a Humanforce Consultant. The topics covered include:
- Adding new employees
- Editing employees – scheduling, review of error logs, once-off manual imports
- Managing employee profiles including their qualifications and award profile(s) assignment

Workforce Analytics Enablement Session
This 2.5-hour session is designed to cover the Workforce Analytics module within Humanforce Web facilitated by a Humanforce Consultant. The topics covered include:
- Design of basic analytics dashboards – replicating those reports created in Backoffice
- Access Level Permissions and NAV Manager overview to enable view or edit mode.
- Using data and dashboard items to create a new dashboard
- Binding dashboard items to data
- Using filters and conditional formatting

To inquire about pricing and find out more, simply submit a support request with the modules you would like to cover clearly mentioned in the ticket (i.e. ‘Roster & Template Manager’ or ‘Timesheet Admin’ ).
After your support request, our team will revert with the proposal, and once a proposal has been confirmed, a member of our services team will be in contact within 5 business days of receiving the signed Statement of Work to schedule a project kick-off date.

How to get the most out of our sessions
We recommend approximately 6-8 people attend a session to keep communications open and manageable as these are active training sessions, however, should you require slightly more this is also fine.
We also recommend all participating teams include this as part of the overall Back Office workforce management deprecation change management plans. In our recent customer webinar, we recommended some key roles – such as Project Sponsor, Project Manager, HR Lead, Operations SME, Payroll Manager and IT Lead – our customers should have nominated prior to attending the sessions and to execute the final steps recommended below.
Final steps
For a smooth transition, we recommend customers commit to transitioning away from the Back Office module and perform their equivalent operations in HF Cloud WFM as soon as possible after the sessions.
We have found typically a nominated final 4-week transition deadline period after the session has been the most successful for most of our customers so far.
Please confirm with your consultant the date of your transition away from your module/s and away from Back Office in general, to ensure it is in line and before the Back Office module shutdown dates as communicated in our overall Back Office module shutdown plan.
Cancellation policy
Bookings must be confirmed 1 week prior to the session date.
Cancellations for confirmed sessions will be accepted up to forty-eight hours ahead of the booking. Customers may be charged for sessions that are cancelled within the forty-eight-hour window.
