Follow this guide to update your region settings in the Humanforce Work app to ensure you are connecting to the correct server for your location.
Steps to Select a Region

Open the Humanforce Work App and navigate to the login screen.

Tap Settings & Region at the bottom of the screen.

On the Select a Region screen

Tap the dropdown menu to view available options.

Choose from the following regions:

π¬π§ πͺπΊ π―π΅ UK / EU / JP

πΊπΈ USA
-

Confirm your selection to apply the change.

Tap Cancel if you do not wish to change your region.

Tap
Back to return to the login screen.

Restart the app to apply the changes.

Proceed with entering your login details.
Once you restart the app, the new region setting will be applied, and you will be able to log in with your credentials.

Selecting the correct region ensures that your app connects to the right environment. If the wrong region is selected, you may not be able to log in.

The app automatically detects your region, but you can manually update it if needed.

If you experience login issues after changing your region, double-check that you have selected the correct region and restart the app.
