General Information
The Humanforce mobile app is updated on a fortnightly release cycle, and the version running on the device does not reflect the functionality that may be available. Some mobile functionality is based on the Humanforce Web version that the logged in user is connected to.
The table below is a summary of mobile features & enhancements that are available by Humanforce Web version.
Mobile access permissions
Some functions of the mobile app can also be linked and/or restricted by access level permissions in Humanforce Web. The permission may need to be enabled in Humanforce Web version for the feature to appear or be accessible to the mobile user.
If a user already has the permission activated in Humanforce web, the same functionality will be available to them in the mobile app. For example, if a user is able to update their personal details in Humanforce, then by default they will have this function available in the mobile app.
On the other hand, if the mobile app is being rolled out to the business to allow staff to clock in and out from the App when they previously were not able to do this in Humanforce, then the permission will need to be enabled for their access level.
