When you receive a swap request you will be alerted via the configured communication method(s) and an alert will display on your Humanforce roster screen.
Clicking on this alert will provide the details of the shifts being swapped and options to approve or declined.
Once you accept a swap request, all other requests you made for that shift are cancelled. If manager authorisation for swaps is not required, the swap will now be finalised and the roster updated. Otherwise the accepted swap is now raised to managers for approval. In this case the accept message would add "You will be notified once the swap has been finalised."
