Go to Employee > Leave/Availability
- Click and drag across the desired leave date(s), alternatively use the date selector.
- Select the Edit button

Nominate the hours per day, leave is to be requested for. If unsure, Default Hours will nominate the default leave source hours as set by the company. The options available are:

Selected hours – nominate custom hours by using the green bar, a 24-hour view of the selected day(s), broken into 30 minute increments. A time range may be nominated by clicking and dragging across the desired leave times.

Default hours – nominates the default leave source hours set by the company.

Profile hours – nominates the leave source hours as defined by the employee’s award profile or employee profile if an employee profile override is in place.

Template Hours – nominates the leave source hours based off of the employee’s master roster template.

Select the desired leave type from the dropdown. Permissions permitting, information on the balance of the selected leave type will then display beneath the dropdown.

Review the dates, hours and leave types requested in the results box.
- Select the Save button.

A pop-up will appear, confirm all leave details are accurate and select the OK button.
