Leave requests may only be modified prior to approval. If modifications are required for approved leave, a cancellation should be requested and leave reapplied for; alternatively, the employee’s manager may make the changes on the employee’s behalf.
To modify a leave request prior to its approval, or reset availability for a particular date or date range, follow the below instructions.
- Click and drag across the desired date(s), alternatively use the date selector.
- Select the Edit button
- A pop-up will appear, select Yes to confirm the modification of an existing entry.
- The availability and leave request details screen will appear, from here you may either:
- Modify existing leave data – continue on from step 3 of How do I submit a leave request?
- Update existing availability information, continue on from step 3 of How do I update my availability?
- Reset availability for the selected day – choose Reset from the bottom of this availability and leave details screen, then select Yes to confirm.
