You may receive a 'This content can't be shown in a frame' error when trying to access your account, especially when first logging in. This is related to your ‘Cookies’ settings within Microsoft Edge, as this site uses cookies to function properly. To avoid this issue you will need to follow the below steps:
1. In the top right hand corner of your Edge Browser, click on the More Options menu (3 Dots).
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on the Privacy and Settings menu option. You may need to expand the menu options by clicking on '<'.
4. Scroll down to the Cookie section and update the value to 'Don’t Block Cookies'
5. You should be able to login to your Humanforce Help account.
