Repeat availability gives users the power to setup ongoing availability in patterns different to the current weekly recurring availability.
Repeat availability can be configured on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and must contain an end date.
The permission required to active repeat availability can be found under Availability Map > Allow availability changes to be made > Allow repeat availability. This is only available in Humanforce Cloud (version 4.7>).
Note: there are no approval work flows for Repeat Availability.
Once enabled, a new section will be available when adding an availability change.
If an existing repeat availability record is opened, it will be show with a message "This event is part of a repeat series".
If a change is made to an event which is part of a series, the user is prompted to either update the individual instance or the series.
If an event is reset and is part of a series, the user can either reset the individual instance, the entire series, or all future events.
