What this article covers
This article explains how to log into the Humanforce Classic mobile app for the first time using the temporary password provided in the welcome email.
Prerequisites
To log in, you'll need:
1. The Humanforce mobile app downloaded on your device. Learn how this is done here.
2. The welcome email sent to your email address when you were added to Humanforce
Note: Your employee record must have an email address for the welcome email to be sent.
The welcome email
When first added to Humanforce, you'll receive a welcome email that looks similar to this:
This email contains:
1. The email address you'll use to log into the mobile app
2. A temporary 6-digit password
First time login
1. Open the Humanforce mobile app on your device.
2. On the login screen, enter the email address from your welcome email.
3. For the password, enter the temporary 6-digit password from the email.
4. Tap Log in.
5. You'll be prompted to create a new permanent password.
If your temporary password has already expired, follow the reset password instructions instead.

Once logged in with your new password, you'll have access to the Humanforce mobile app features like:
- Viewing your roster and shifts
- Clocking in/out
- Requesting leave
