Getting Started with the Mobile App for UK Health Workers (Video)

If you're reading this, you're most likely a UK Health worker who has been mobilised to work at a Rapid Testing Centre or on something else related to the pandemic. You have been told you'll be using the Humanforce app to:

• find out where and when you need to work
• bid on the shifts you are able to work
• clock on and off
• transfer between locations or roles, and
• (if you are a supervisor) to manage your team

We have produced a number of video guides to help you. They will work well on your mobile, and even without sound (they are subtitled).

The video below shows how to install and login to the Humanforce mobile app for the first time.

Top Tip: REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD (remember the password you create on first use, as the high levels of security required mean this app will ask you to log back in more frequently than many of the apps you use).
