Data Collection Workshop

Purpose

The purpose of this workshop is to begin the scoping process and clarify how Humanforce will be configured to best meet your needs. This is an important step in your implementation as it helps us to better understand your business and provides an opportunity for you to re-iterate the key benefits you expect to gain so that we can ensure the system is configured to meet these needs.

Objective

After completing this session, participants will be able to:

• Understand how Humanforce will be configured for your organisation
• Understand how Locations/Departments/Roles link to Employees and Rosters
• Have a full understanding of how to complete the Data Collection Document and where the data for each column will be sourced

Preparation - Knowledge

In order to gain the most from this workshop, ensure you have watched the following introductory videos:

Product Intro Video - A 6 minute product overview that can be sent to all people involved, particularly useful for people not involved in the process to date

Interface Video - A 4 minute video explaining the different interfaces and their relationship to each other – Back office, HF, HF Kiosk, App

Core Rostering Configuration LDR Video - A 19 minute video diving into a conceptual explanation of the LDAR structure of the system and all of the considerations that should be taken in to account when deciding on the LDR structure

Preparation - Documents

• Copies of current rosters
• Organisation structure
• Compliance requirements for licences, qualifications or certificates that need to be considered when rostering employees

Preparation - Extracts from your payroll system

• Employee master data
• Employee qualifications / licences and their expiry dates
• Cost centre codes used on timesheets when an employee works somewhere other than their default

Preparation - Business rules that may not be formally documented

• Responsibilities for managers around rosters and timesheets
• Compliance requirements for licences, qualification
