Currently, the available alerts are as follows:

Your business can determine which of these should be used through Admin > System Config > Clock In Settings.
Note: If you do not have access to Clock In Settings, please talk to the system administrator
at your business.
Click to Edit the relevant Clock In Settings:
On the Alerts tab, check to make sure the Alert has not already been configured, and then click to Add new record.
To configure the alert:
- Make sure the alert is Active (the box should be ticked)
- Select the "Roster" Alert Type
- Enter a Name for the Alert
- If you'd like to use a Custom Message for the alert, you can tick that box and type your custom message, otherwise default text will be used.
- Select the Warning Type
Depending on the warning type, there may be additional filter options or settings available, to set restriction or inclusion levels across fields within the system. The filters are used to define parameters for the enabled rule.
For example
When you are finished, click Update.
You may wish to set up multiple Roster Alerts, but when you are finished with the alerts for that Clock In Settings group, click Save.
If you have multiple Clock In Settings, you may need to repeat these steps for other groups.
Note: Not all Alerts are visible in both the Department and Employee Rostering Screens
