Special Considerations
There are specific award conditions that have prerequisite steps that need to be taken for Humanforce to trigger these payments:
- Higher Duties – Where employees are required to work a higher classification and paid at the higher rate, this can be managed within each respective Timesheet in Humanforce in accordance with the Roles/Rates assigned to the Employee’s record in Humanforce.
- Liquor License Allowance - for employees that are entitled to this allowance, the appropriate Qualification is required to be assigned to the Employee’s record in Humanforce.
- First Aid Allowance – for employees that are entitled to this allowance, the appropriate Qualification is required to be assigned to the Employee’s record in Humanforce.
- Motor Vehicle Allowance – Where employees are entitled to a Motor Vehicle Allowance, this can be handled as an Ad-hoc Allowance and added to the Employee’s Timesheet in Humanforce.
How-to Guides
To address the Special Considerations above, below are some simple steps that must be taken for each to apply:
Higher Duties
Setup the Employee with the correct Roles and appropriate Rate
- Go to Management > Employee Management > Location, Departments, Roles tab > Ensure the Rate for the Higher Duty role is entered in accordingly:
- Split the Timesheet in accordance with the hours the employee worked in the respective duties within Management > Timesheets:
Liquor License Allowance & First Aid Allowance
Assign the Employee to the respective Qualification(s) within the Employee’s profile:
- Go to Management > Employee Management > Edit the Employee
- Expand the Qualifications tab > Add > Select the Qualification(s) > Save:
- Once done the Employee will automatically start to receive the respective Allowance(s)
Motor Vehicle Allowance
- Edit the Employee’s Timesheet under Management > Timesheets > Expand Timesheet Allowances > Add Allowance > Save:
