Purpose
The purpose of this workshop is to ensure that the needs of the business, in relation to integration of data to and from Humanforce and the payroll system, are understood and documented.
To identify any gaps in source data required by the business for rostering and timekeeping but not readily available in the existing systems.
Objective
By the end of this workshop, the Data Exchange Integration tasks and Payroll Integration documents will be commenced, which are required to configure the integration between payroll and Humanforce.

The Payroll Integration Document outlines the fields/data from your payroll system which can be imported into Humanforce in order to eliminate double entry into payroll and Humanforce. This document also captures the data required by your payroll system in order to ensure correct payment processing and costing.
As part of this workshop, documenting the timings and frequency of the various integration pieces; employee demographics, pay rates, leave balances etc., the names of the files coming to and from Humanforce and their server locations is important.
Although the data required to be integrated into Humanforce may be readily available and is often a one to one mapping with payroll, some of this data may need to be derived from other sources or created specifically.
Key Participants
- Payroll Manager(s), Information Technology (IT) Manager(s), and any other manager(s) involved in the management
- Discuss with your Humanforce Project Manager if a representative from the platform you are integrating with Humanforce is needed to attend.
