Purpose
The purpose of the Award Collection process and workshop is to discuss the Humanforce Award Interpretation process as well as to clarify how the system will be configured to best meet your needs.
Objective
By the end of the Award workshop and Award Collection process, you will have a full understanding of what information is required to complete the Awards gathering document, as well as the Award Testing document, and the purpose of both documents within the Humanforce Award Interpretation process.
A single award typically breaks down into multiple award profiles in Humanforce. Most commonly this occurs based on employment basis, such as permanent, casual, salary but may also include ADO status and payment conditions which require different processing rules (e.g. timesheet vs autopay employee).
Award profiles include pay rates, loadings, penalties, overtime, leave accruals and leave entitlements and are made up of a combination of shift types eg normal time, sick leave. Pay types eg overtime, shift loadings, allowances and award rules which are used to calculate costs within Humanforce. These components will be captured within the award collection document as part of the Award Workshop.
