Purpose
This session is designed to equip key users with the basic knowledge and understanding required to review the award configuration and undertake user acceptance testing.
Note, there will be more detailed sessions run in the future to cover rostering, timesheeting and pay processing in full detail.
Objective
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand how Humanforce has been configured and how it relates to the award
- Maintain employee profiles
- Create rosters and timesheets for employees to cover all award profiles and trigger all conditions
- Generate pay run to review award calculations

- System Administrators and Payroll Officers
Preparation - Humanforce
- Your completed Location, Department & Role Structure
- Your completed Clock in Settings, Qualification types & Visa's (if required)
- Your completed employee profiles (including LDR, award profile and qualification assignments)
This session is ideally delivered as a hands-on session for attendees to practice the activities they will be undertaking in Humanforce. It is therefore recommended that each participant has access to the internet and a Humanforce log-in.
