Special Considerations
There are specific award conditions that have prerequisite steps that need to be taken for Humanforce to trigger these payments:
- Part Time Period Overtime: For the system to pay overtime after the Part Time employees contracted hours, the Employee’s Roster Max Hours field in Humanforce will need to be updated to reflect the correct value
- Forklift Allowance - This is linked to the ‘Forklift Driver’ Role in Humanforce. Where employees are entitled to the Forklift Allowance, each respective timesheet will need to reflect the ‘Forklift Driver’ Role.
- First Aid Allowance & Forklift Allowance (Pre 23/01/2020) - for employees that are entitled to this allowance, the appropriate Qualification is required to be assigned to the Employee’s record in Humanforce.
- Airport Catering Allowance - Where employees are entitled to any of these allowances, this can be managed within each respective Timesheet in Humanforce using the Area field.
- Tool Allowance – Where employees are entitled to a Tool Allowance, this can be handled as an Ad-hoc Allowance and added to the Employee’s Timesheet in Humanforce.
