Purpose
The purpose of this session is to begin the org structure scoping process and clarify how Humanforce will be configured to best meet your needs. This is an important step in your implementation as it helps us to better understand your business and provides an opportunity for you to re-iterate the key benefits you expect to gain so that we can ensure the system is configured to meet these needs.
Objective
After completing this session, participants will be able to:
- Understand how Locations/Departments/Roles link to Employees and Rosters
Key Participants
- Operations Manager(s), Administration Manager(s). Essentially, those members of your organisation that key to assigning employees to their roles both when onboarding and performing roster management.
Preparation - Knowledge
In order to gain the most from this workshop, ensure you have watched the following introductory videos:
Core Rostering Configuration LDR Video - A 19-minute video diving into a conceptual explanation of the LDAR structure of the system and all of the considerations that should be taken into account when deciding on the LDR structure

- Copies of current rosters
- Organisation structure
- Cost centre codes used on timesheets when an employee works somewhere other than their default
