Special Considerations
There are specific award conditions that have prerequisite steps that need to be taken for Humanforce to trigger these payments:
- Leading Hand Allowance - Where employees are entitled to any of these allowances, this can be managed within each respective Timesheet in Humanforce using the Area field.
- Sleepover Allowance - Where employees are entitled to any of these allowances, this can be managed within each respective Roster & Timesheet in Humanforce using the Roles field.
- Return to Work - Where employees are required to return to work, this can be managed within each respective Timesheet in Humanforce using the Shift Type field.

Leading Hand Allowance
- Edit the Employee’s Timesheet under Management > Timesheets> Update the Area field with the appropriate option:
Sleepover Allowance
- Edit the Employee’s Timesheet under Management > Rostering > Department Rostering > Add Role field with the appropriate option:
Return to Work
- Edit the Employee’s Timesheet under Management > Timesheets >Update the Shift Type field with the appropriate option:
