Special Considerations
There are specific award conditions that have prerequisite steps that need to be taken for Humanforce to trigger these payments:
- First Aid Allowance & Management Uniform Allowance - for employees that are entitled to this allowance, the appropriate Qualification is required to be assigned to the Employee’s record in Humanforce.
- Notified Roster Change & Non-Rostered Day OT- Where employees are entitled to any of these, this can be managed within each respective Timesheet in Humanforce using the Shift Type field.
How-to Guides
To address the Special Considerations above, below are some simple steps that must be taken for each to apply:
First Aid Allowance & Management Uniform Allowance
Assign the Employee to the respective Qualification(s) within the Employee’s profile:
- Go to Management > Employee Management > Edit the Employee
- Expandthe Qualifications tab > Add > Select the Qualification(s) > Save:
- Once done the Employee will automatically start to receive the respective Allowance(s)
Notified Roster Change & Non-Rostered Day OT
- Edit the Employee’s Timesheet under Management > Timesheets >Update the Shift Type field with the appropriate option:
