The Humanforce team will be taking some time to recharge from 5:30PM AEDT Tuesday 24th December, 2024 and returning from 8:30AM AEDT Monday, 6th January, 2025.
After a short break, our team looks forward to continuing to support you, our customers, in 2025 with a fresh focus on delivering a superior experience to you and your employees.
Throughout the break, we'll have a small support team who will be readily available (exception on public holidays) to assist our customers, and will operate during our usual standard business hours from 8:30AM to 5:30PM AEDT and 9:00AM to 5:00PM NZDT. A summary of the support closure days can be found below:

The final upgrades and updates to Humanforce Cloud have concluded for the year (including scheduled system maintenance), and will reccomence again in early January. As always, customers will be notified in advance via email prior to any planned updates occurring. Communications regarding January's updates will be sent out in the New Year.
