What's changing?
From 15th November 2023, we’ll be sharing more information about new features, improvements and solutions in the Humanforce suite, all within your Humanforce Cloud website.
This extra information will be available via a What’s New button in the main menu, that opens a new window with the details.
Permissions
We know change management requires careful planning, and as an Admin user, you may prefer that only some of your workforce see the extra information about upcoming new features.
That’s why visibility of the What’s New button will be in your hands via Access Levels > Permissions.
What do I need to do?
- Identify any Access Level groups you don’t want to have visibility of the What’s New button.
- Between 25 October 2023 and 14 November 2023, de-select the permission for any Access Levels you don’t want to have visibility of the What’s New button.
If you do nothing, all users will see the What’s New button from 15th November 2023.
