There are implications on data visibility when it comes to email address tags; primary, personal and work. These tags can be used simultaneously which can also add to the implications on data visibility and use. This article will outline the way an email address is used and viewed and where emails from intelliHR will be sent depending on which email tag is being used. Firstly, you can check email tags in an employee's profile under the email address tab. You will see the tags highlighted under each email address.
