Connect Humanforce WFM to intelliHR in Integration Central
- Go to Management > Advanced > Integration Central
- In the tile list section, click intelliHR
- Enter a Name which will used to identify the task, optionally this can also be changed later.
- Enter your intelli API credentials in the Tenant and API Key fields. The tenant is generally the part of your URL shown in bold, eg https://hfproduct-demo.intellihr.net/
If you do not know your API credentials, contact Support. - Click Connect
- Lastly, click Next to save the connection details and progress to configuring the integration.
intelliHR Webhooks
The intelliHR integration utilised webhooks for employee updates, this means any employee profile changes made within intelli will trigger the webhook and the change sent to Humanforce to keep the Employees data matching across the systems.
Within the intelliHR task there is the option to test the integrations connection, this is a great way to ensure that the integrations setup has been completed successfully or check if the integration does not seem to be operating as expected.
On a successful test the below message will be shown.
If the test fails then an error message will be displayed, please reach out to our support team with the error message if you require assistance.
Additionally, each webhook will be checked with details shown as below for any specific webhooks which have an improper setup.
This will also provide the option to "Recreate webhooks", doing so is safe and will attempt to automatically fix the missing webhooks.
