intelliHR Compensation Planner provides organizations a way to manage the planning and allocation of funds as part of remuneration increases natively within the platform. As part of the first iteration of this feature, those with direct reports can be provided with a budget to work within and can then create a proposed compensation plan which can be shared with others who have access to the information contained in the plans as part of a broader process to plan and approve remuneration increases.
What is the Compensation Planner?
The intelliHR Compensation Planner will assist organizations in planning for and eventually implementing remuneration increases. The first iteration of this feature allows those with direct reports to propose compensation plans for their team(s) based on a budget provided by leadership. In subsequent iterations, the ability to combine, approve and action those remuneration changes natively wihin intelliHR will mean that this can be taken out of excel files and managed within the platform.
How can the Compensation Planner benefit your organization?
As future iterations of the Compensation Planner are released over the coming months the feature will provide the opportunity to do away with Excel sheets shared various times to several individuals at review time and allow your organization to manage the remuneration review natively on intelliHR.
Granting Access to the Compensation Planner in Permissions
By default, only system administrators will be provided with access to the Compensation Planner; however, if you wish to grant access to managers this can be done by amending the staff member permissions to include the permission seen below.
