intelliHR's Compensation Planner feature provides the ability to create Compensation Plans to coordinate and manage remuneration increases within the platform. This article will explain how to create and manage Compensation Plans via intelliHR.

How to use the Compensation Planner
1. Open the Organisation drop-down via the left-hand menu
2. Click Compensation Plans
3. You will be able to view existing compensation plans or create a new one.
4. Clicking on Create Plan will create and immediately save a blank figure plan with the employees that report directly or indirectly to you.
5. Once you have opened your newly created plan you can perform the following:
- Rename it
- Add the Total Budget Adjustment amount
- Adjust all salaries by % and Apply
- or Adjust them individually within the % or $ entries in line with the subject's name
6. After applying a Total Budget Adjustment and Adjustment % you will be able to see the total Allocated VS Amount Remaining and whether or not you meet or exceed the total allotted.
7. Select Save to save any changes made to your compensation plan.
8. If you wish to share the data you can do so via the Share button; however, the recipient also requires access to the compensation planner to view.
