Employees can access their goals through two key locations in the system: the My Goals section of the Dashboard and the Goals tab of their own profile.
Supervisors can access the goals of their direct reports in two places: the Team’s Current Goals section of their Dashboard and the Goals tab of that employee’s profile. Alternatively, employees and managers can follow the link to a goal from any email notification received regarding that goal.

Viewing a Goal
1. Navigate to Home >> My Active Goals >> My Profile >> Goals
2. Click anywhere on the desired Goal to expand and show all details.
3. The Goal Display page will show all relevant information regarding that goal, including:
- Start and Due Dates
- Approval Status (if enabled in your system)
- Progress Status
- Category (customisable in Settings)
- Weight (if enabled in your system)
- Description
- Alignment (if the goal is linked to other goals this will be shown here)
- Documents (Click or Drop relevant files to store them on the goal)
- Comments
4. To view past goals and all information mentioned in step 3, navigate to Past Goals (this can be seen under your active goals in the Goals tab). Click Expand to view your past goals.
Updating Goal Progress and Status
Updating your measurements as you complete them will show you an overall percentage completion of your Goal. The progress status allows you to communicate whether you believe your Goal will by completed by its due date.
Tracking Your Progress Towards Goal Measurements
1. Navigate to Home >> My Goals (OR Navigate to My Profile >> Goals)
2. Select the relevant Goal.
3. In the goal summary window that opens:
- Tick the box against any completed action items.
- Insert the number of completed measurements.
4. Your Goal progress percentage will be automatically updated.
Tracking the Status of Your Goal
1. Navigate to Home >> My Goals (OR Navigate to My Profile >> Goals)
2. Select the relevant Goal.
3. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the current Goal Status.
4. Select the new Goal Status.
5. The Goal Status will then be updated.
