If you've received an onboarding code email, like the one below, from Humanforce, congrats on your new job!
You will need to install the mobile app to your phone before proceeding. The instructions for this can be found here:
- Humanforce App - download and installation for Apple
- Humanforce App - download and installation for Android
Once installed, open the app and make sure you click the option below the log in button that says Please enter your onboarding code to continue.
Enter the email address that your onboarding email was sent to and the 6-digit code found in the email. Click Proceed to onboarding.
Filling out details
You will now proceed to fill in your details, like personal information, bank account details, and emergency contact. Some fields may have already been filled out by your employer, but confirm that this information is correct and adjust it if it is incorrect. All required fields will be marked with a red asterisk (*).
At the bottom of each section, you will have a Save draft option in case you don't have time to fill everything out in one go. Just ensure that if you save your draft, you still complete the entire process before the expiration date in your initial email, otherwise you will need to start over.
The sections that can be filled out include:
- Personal Info
- Bank Account
- TFN Declaration (AU only)
- Superannuation (AU only)
- Emergency Contact Info
- Upload Documents
- Humanforce Account
When you get to the Upload Documents step, pay attention to which documents your employer has requested.
Click Add Document and fill out the form for each document that has been requested. You will need to fill out the type of document (as they can be uploaded in any order) and either Upload file if you already have the document stored on your mobile device or simple click Capture photo to take a photo using your phone's camera.
Click Save once you have your first document entered and repeat for any additional documents.
The last step is to create the password for your Humanforce Mobile App Account. The password needs to be at least 8 characters long with at least 1 numeric character. Make sure you remember the password you set up. Click Send to send everything off to your new employer for review.
Note: Although you are setting up your password now, you will not be able to log
into the app until after your employer has approved your details and you've
digitally signed all documents.
As your employer reviews your information, if there's anything that has been missed or they need you to revisit, you will receive an email with details. Simply return to your app and login the same way as before with your onboarding code to make your updates and Send everything off again when finished.
Once your information has been approved by your employer, you will receive an email that it's time to review documents. You will need to log into the app using your onboarding code to sign the documents, but a copy of each will be attached to this email for your records.
Once you are logged into the app, you will see the list of documents your employer has asked you to review.
You will need to look at each one, then tick the button to confirm you've read the documents before you will be able to sign.
Use your finger to sign in the space provided. When finished, click Sign.
The last step is to enter a security code that will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone. If the mobile number has been entered incorrectly, please reach out to your employer.
Your signing will again go to your employer for approval. You will receive one last email once everything has been approved, and at this point, you will be able to log into the app using your email and the password you set up earlier.
