Starting in version 4.8.26, timesheets can be created individually or in bulk from rosters using the new Timesheets screen.
To do this, go to Management > Timesheets. In the top right, select New > Timesheets from roster.
Select the dates you want you create timesheets for, and select the employee(s) to include. You can use the filters at the top of each column if you are looking for a particular employee. Or if you tick the box at the top of the column to select all employees on the page, you will then get the option to select all employees.
Click Done at the bottom once you have made your selection.
The next page will show the timesheets from the roster, based on your criteria. Remove any timesheets you do not wish to create by ticking the boxes for those rows and using the Delete icon at the top.
Starting in version 4.8.29, you can also edit the Start time, End time, Pay Date, Status, and Comments for the timesheets in bulk before creating them. Tick the boxes for the timesheets to be edited, and click the pencil icon at the top.
Make the necessary change(s) at the bottom and click Save.
All timesheets on the screen will be created when you click Save All Timesheets.
Once the timesheets are created, you will be redirected back to the Timesheets page where you can Authorise and manage the timesheets as usual.
