Compensation Planner is a powerful in platform tool that enables your organisation to plan and manage employee compensation changes with clarity, confidence and compliance. It is designed for HR and Finance teams leading annual compensation reviews who need visibility and control to enable effective decision-making across leadership levels.
This version of Compensation Planner delivers functional parity with the previous tool while solving key adoption challenges. It introduces enhanced visibility, flexible eligibility rules, and improved control over compensation workflows.
