To get started, navigate to the Admin Console and click on the tile labelled Candidate Forms.
- Click the 'Create Template' button to create a new Form Template.
- Name your new template when prompted and then click the Confirm button.
- Before adding questions, you'll need to create a Section. Sections are used to group questions that are thematically similar. If you only need one section, Form Questions is good name to use. Other use cases for multiple sections might be a Section called Diversity, Equity & Inclusion or Compliance.
Click the Add Section button to open the Section name dialog.
- Now that you’ve added a section, you can begin adding Instructions or Questions. To add your first question, click the Add Question button in the centre of the template panel. Note you can also use the 3-dot icon that appears along the right-hand side to open the editing menu.
- Now you need to choose your Question Type. You can read a detailed guide to Question Types by clicking here.
The type of Question you choose will determine the options available on the Question Form. You can read a detailed guide to Question Forms by clicking here.
- Once you're happy with your Form Template, click the Save Template button. It can now be added to jobs via the Forms tab when editing the job details.
