If a candidate has a question or experiences an issue within the Humanforce system, please direct them to TalentBot, located within the Talent product. TalentBot is designed to assist candidates by drawing on a dedicated knowledge library tailored specifically to common candidate queries.
If TalentBot is unable to resolve the issue or provide the required information, it will guide the candidate to submit a support request directly to the Humanforce Support team.
