Create a new user in Humanforce Analytics
Follow this guide to learn how to create a new user in Humanforce Analytics so they can access dashboards, reports, and other analytics features based on their assigned access level.
Steps
Go to Settings.
Click Add User.
Complete the Add User form.
Email Address
This is used for logging in and uniquely identifying the user.
The email address must be unique across all Humanforce Analytics tenants. For example, if an external consultant needs access to multiple customer tenants, they must use a different email address for each tenant.Display Name
This is how the user’s name appears in Humanforce Analytics.Access Type
Choose the level of access the user needs:Viewer – Can view dashboards, visuals, and reports.
Publisher – Can create dashboards, visuals, and reports, and has all Viewer access.
Admin – Can manage users and account settings, and has all Publisher and Viewer access. SSO configuration is coming soon.
Click Add User.
When the user is created successfully, a green confirmation message appears and the new user is listed in the user table.
Additional information
If your tenant has a large number of users, use the search field in the user table to find the new user by email address or display name.
Users must have the Admin access type to access Settings and manage users.
