Edit an existing user in Humanforce Analytics
Follow this guide to learn how to edit an existing user in Humanforce Analytics so their details or access type are updated correctly.
Steps
Go to Settings.
In the user table, locate the user you want to edit.
Click Actions for the relevant user.
Click Edit from the menu.
Update the required user details.
Click Save User.
When the update is successful, a green confirmation message appears and the user table reflects the saved changes.
Additional information
- Updating your own user's Access Type is restricted. If your Access Type needs to be edited, please reach out to another user with the Admin Access Type to request they make this change for you.
- Editing a user’s Email Address is restricted. To change the email address, delete the user and then create a new user with the correct email address.
- If you have a large number of users, use the search field to find the user by email address or display name.
