Points can be earned through automated events across the Humanforce suite or via peer-to-peer recognition.

Employers purchase points to fund their Rewards & Recognition program.
The points float is drawn down when points are distributed to employees.
Distribution occurs through:
Automated Events triggered by activity in the Humanforce suite.
Recognition Allowances assigned to employees to give peer recognition.
Event-Based Rewards
Employees automatically earn points for completing key actions across the Humanforce suite:
Workforce Management (WFM): e.g. good clocking hygiene.
Humanforce HR: e.g. task completion, birthdays, work anniversary.
Thrive: e.g. account creation.
Employee Recognition
Employers can assign each employee a monthly allowance of points.
Employees use their allowance to recognise peers by sending points.
Recognition received contributes directly to an employee’s points balance.
