Follow this guide to register for facial recognition using the Humanforce (legacy) mobile app. This feature allows you to clock in and out using facial recognition, if enabled by your organisation.

Steps
- Open the
Humanforce (legacy) app and tap the side menu icon
.
- Tap
Settings > Face recognition (V1).
- Toggle Face recognition (V1) to On.
- Tap Set up Face Recognition.
- Follow the prompts to take three photos:
- Look directly at the camera
- Look slightly to the left
- Look slightly to the right
Tap Next to continue between photos. If any issues occur, you can Retake them.
- Once all photos are successfully captured, review and tap Send.
- A confirmation message will appear. Tap OK to acknowledge.
- Your registration will now show as Pending approval.
Your manager will review and approve your registration before you can use facial recognition to clock in.
Next steps
Once approved, you’ll receive a notification and be able to use facial recognition at a kiosk.
Additional information
- Facial recognition must be enabled by your organisation. If unavailable, speak to your manager.
- You must use your device’s front-facing camera.
- For best results, complete setup in a well-lit area and avoid hats, glasses, or masks.
- Managers can approve registrations via Approve a user's Face registrations.
