Software is weird and tricky. Some of the most common and frequent issues users encounter can be solved by clearing the cache of your browser and retrying the issue.
This article will cover how to clear your cache in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

Safari
Navigate to Safari in top left, then choose Settings.
In the window that pops up, navigate to the Privacy tab, and then Manage Website Data.
Then at the bottom, click Remove All.
Chrome
Navigate to the three dots in the top right of the screen. Go down to More Tools, and then from the new window click into Clear Browsing Data.
Make sure the time range is All Time, and that Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files are both ticked.
Then go ahead and click Clear Data.
Firefox
Click on the three lines in the top right of the browser. Navigate to Settings.
In this new tab, navigate to Privacy and Security, and then go to Clear Data.
Go ahead and clear the Data from your cache.
