Q: How do I access my payslips?
A: To access your payslips select Payroll >>Payslips from the menu on the left-hand side. From here you can view and/or print your payslips. Currently, only payslips from March 2022 onwards will display; if you need to access payslips from before this date please contact your system administrator.
Q: I am unable to view my payslips?
A: When accessing the payslips area on an iPhone you may be asked to Allow access to cookies and then Continue to HR. If you are presented with these screens please select Continue at both points and this should allow you to view the payslips.
Q: As a deputy general manager do I have access to amend the records of my reports?
A: No, currently only the general manager is able to amend employee records on the platform; however, over the coming months access to records may change. If you are required to make urgent changes please contact your system administrator.
Q: Can I edit bank details for any user except myself?
A: No, you can only view and edit your own bank details.
Q: What do I need to enter in the sequence number when amending my bank details?
A: The sequence number should be entered as '1' and the payment limit can be left blank. Please see the screenshot below of what this section should look like:
