Moreover, succession planning aligns with industry trends, where businesses prioritize preparing for leadership transitions and addressing talent gaps. By including this feature, IntelliHR offers a comprehensive solution that addresses crucial organizational needs.
Feature Benefits
Evaluating talent potential is a crucial step in talent planning because it helps to identify employees who have the ability to take on greater responsibilities, prepare for future leadership changes, and address skills gaps, all of which are critical to achieving long-term success.
Succession Competencies
After extensive research and collaboration, we have identified 4 key characteristics of high-potential employees. The questions for the metrics have been set up in the Form titled “Manager Rating on Employee Potential”. These 4 metrics will be rated with 3 questions each with the purpose of gathering the manager’s observations and assessments of the employee's strengths and areas for development in relation to these key competencies. Based on the manager’s evaluation of the employee, this will be reflected on the 9-box talent map, in conjunction with their performance rating score.
