The Data Import / Export Tool allows you to quickly and easily upload bulk data to your employees' intelliHR profiles.
To use the Bulk Data Remuneration Update tool, firstly provide People ID details for the person_lookup
column which will be used to match what is provided to a person in intelliHR. If any of your employees have multiple jobs you will also need to provide the id
column with the Job ID of the role you wish to update.
The import will work with just these two columns, but no actions will be generated unless you provide other columns with the actual updates to perform.

- Employment conditions
- Base annual salary
- Base hourly rate
- Hours per cycle
- Pay cycle
- Additions to base
- Additions to total
- Breakdowns.
Please note this tool does NOT configure person or job data. If "Update start date"/"Update end date" is not provided, the change will be effective from the Company Start Date/Company End Date respectively.
When to use this import
The Remuneration Jobs import can be used when you would like to update multiple remuneration records for an employee or multiple people. This is typically done when a salary review results in a large change of employee pay. It is not recommended for smaller numbers of remuneration updates; this should be done through the standard process.
Please note, this import does not support other job or people data. You have to create a job before you can use this import to update the remuneration information.
Permissions Required
To use this import you will require both the people.jobs.edit#all
and people.jobs.remuneration.view#all
