What will the integration do?
✅ When a new job is created in intelliHR, a new user is created in Reward Gateway.
✅ When a job is ended in intelliHR, the user is disabled in Reward Gateway.
Common Considerations
In addition to the default fields that sync between intelliHR and Reward Gateway up to ten intelliHR custom fields can be linked to additional fields in Reward Gateway.
Flow of Events
1. When a new job is created in intelliHR, a new user will automatically be created in Reward Gateway. This allows the employee's information to be smoothly transferred between the two systems.
2. When a job is ended (the finalised end date passes) in intelliHR, the corresponding user in Reward Gateway will be deactivated.
This ensures that the employee no longer has access to systems or privileges related to their previous job.
Data Mapping
Below is a list of fields that can be pushed from intelliHR to Reward Gateway via the integration template that's available. The integration is not limited to these fields, however, this is all that's included in the most basic version of the integration that can be provided.
Create Employee
intelliHR Field | Reward Gateway Field |
Employee Number | externalid |
First Name | givenName |
Last Name | familyName |
Primary Email Address | emails: primary |

Connection and Setup Costs
Steps required to connect the integration and the costs associated are quoted on a case-by-case basis as this integration is facilitated by intelliHR on our custom integration layer.
intelliHR will provide a quote that factors in some of the following activities to ensure that the integration is sustainable for each client.
Authentication Testing: intelliHR recommends utilising a testing environment to complete User Acceptance Testing for the integration. intelliHR will create a clone of the client’s production environment, dropping email addresses and user accounts for privacy. intelliHR will provide 4-8 hours of testing environment support to ensure testing endpoints function as expected. intelliHR recommends this testing be conducted via joint video conference with the client.
intelliHR will support assisting to test the use-cases outlined to ensure the flow of data is correct between required systems.
Field Mapping: As per the section above; ensuring all fields are mapped correctly between intelliHR and Reward Gateway.
Pre-Deployment & Post-Deployment Consultations: This includes testing the integration with the client to identify use cases and field mapping requirements.
Deployment: The end-to-end building of the complete integration/automation process.
Housing & Maintenance: Which party will be hosting the integration (intelliHR vs. Client)? What effort will be required to troubleshoot and maintain the integration long-term?
