Accessing the On-Demand Training Library
To get the most out of our on-demand training resources, you’ll need to log in to the help portal. A login gives you access to detailed documentation, product learning videos, webinar recordings, and the option to raise support tickets.
Getting a login
If you already have a user account, select Forgot my password on the sign-in page to reset your credentials.
If you don’t have access, contact an admin user at your organisation and ask them to submit a request using the Request to add a new user option.
Note: If no admin users have been set up yet, contact your Humanforce Account Manager for assistance.

Once logged in, you’ll have access to a range of self-paced and live learning resources to support you across the Humanforce suite.
- Humanforce WFM – Browse our growing library of practical product learning videos designed to help you complete key tasks and build confidence using Workforce Management at your own pace.
- Humanforce HR – Access product learning videos and recorded sessions that guide you through administering and using Humanforce HR tools effectively.
- Humanforce Talent – Explore training resources designed to help you understand and use Talent features, from attraction through to hiring workflows.
- Customer product webinars – Watch recordings from our webinar series focused on key updates and tailored moments across the Humanforce HCM platform, including roadmap insights, feature deep dives, and practical guidance across WFM, Payroll and HR.
- Customer community webinars – Join interactive monthly community sessions where customers share ideas, explore product features, discuss industry trends, and connect with others using Humanforce.
