Follow this guide to split your timesheet when clocking out from the Web Kiosk in Humanforce WFM.
This feature lets you allocate worked hours across multiple timesheets if your organisation has enabled Shift Allocation.
This feature is only available where the Clock In Setting “Enable Shift Allocation” is turned on in your organisation’s configuration. If you don’t see the Split Timesheet screen after clocking out, contact your manager.
Steps
- From the Web Kiosk, click Clock Out on your active shift.
- Review your original Start time, End time, and Net hours.
- If your organisation allows editing, you can change the Start time or End time fields.
- Adjusting these values increases or decreases the total duration to be split.
- Each time you change a time field, the split sections refresh, so finalise these first before editing any other details.
- In Split original timesheet into, enter the number of splits required.
- The total worked hours are divided evenly across the splits.
- For each split section, update details such as:
- Shift duration
- Shift type
- Location, Department, and Role
- Add optional Comments if available.
- Click Save to create the split timesheets.
- All timesheets are saved and visible in your Timesheets screen.
- To discard your changes, click Cancel.
- Once you save or cancel, you can’t return to the Split Timesheet page for that shift.
- If your organisation uses automatic logout, you’ll be logged out after saving or cancelling. Otherwise, log out manually.
Your worked hours are split into multiple timesheets and appear in your Timesheets list after saving.
Additional information
- This feature was previously known as Shift Allocation and is now part of the Web Kiosk experience.
