Follow this guide to log in to your Humanforce Analytics platform using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email address.
Log in using a one-time passcode
- Go to your Humanforce Analytics product URL.
- Enter the email address associated with your Humanforce Analytics account and click Email me a code.
- Check your inbox for a login email containing your 6-digit one-time passcode.
- You must be added as a user to receive the login email.
- If you don't receive the email, check your Spam folder. You can request a new code after 30 seconds - a countdown timer on the page shows when you can resend.
- Copy the 6-digit code from the email, return to the Humanforce Analytics login page, and enter the code.
When the login is successful, you'll be taken directly into your organisation's Analytics dashboard.
Log in using Single Sign On (SSO)
This feature is not yet available. Stay tuned for upcoming releases and instructions on how to configure and use SSO with Humanforce Analytics.
Additional information
- One-time passcodes expire after 5 minutes. If your code expires before you enter it, return to the login page and request a new one.
- Each code is single-use only - once entered, it cannot be used again.
- If you've forgotten your Humanforce Analytics product URL or cannot access your account, log a support ticket with Humanforce Support.
