Follow this guide to log in to your Humanforce Analytics platform using the email-based Magic Link method. If your organisation later enables Single Sign On (SSO), you will be able to use that login method as well.
Part 1: Log in using a Magic Link

Go to your Humanforce Analytics product URL.

Select Sign in with email.

Note: You will always see both the Sign in with SSO and Sign in with email options, even if your organisation only supports one method.

Enter your email address associated with Humanforce Analytics.

Check your inbox for a login email with your Magic Link.

If you don’t receive the email, check your Spam folder or contact the Humanforce Support team.

Click the Magic Link in your email to log in to Humanforce Analytics.

You will be taken directly to your Humanforce Analytics dashboard.

When the login is successful, you’ll be taken directly into your organisation’s Analytics dashboard.
Part 2: Log in using Single Sign On (SSO)
This feature is not yet available. Stay tuned for upcoming releases and instructions on how to configure and use SSO with Humanforce Analytics.

If you’ve forgotten your Humanforce Analytics product URL or cannot access your account, log a support ticket with Humanforce Support.

As a system administrator, your first login must be via Magic Link before SSO can be configured (once available).
