Dashboards are collections of related Visualisations, in the form of charts and tables, and your headline metrics.
You can pin charts and tables to any Dashboard which you created, and those that have been shared with you with the Edit privilege. When you create a Dashboard, you can share it with other people with either the View or Edit privilege. Dashboards are interactive, allowing you to perform actions like drilling down on Visualisations, filtering, excluding values, and exploring Visualisations.
You cannot edit the default Dashboards. These are Workforce Headcount, Movement and Changes and Qualifications. You can copy a default system Dashboard and make your own changes. Any updates we make to default Dashboards will not carry across to your copy.
Understanding Dashboards
This is the Early Access Qualifications dashboard. It includes your organisation's qualifications and job requirements data in an easy to understand format.
Notice that you can make a copy, follow any KPI, or perform a number of other actions using the more options menu in the upper-right corner of a dashboard or the visualisation More menu icon (...).
Using Filters
You can filter a Dashboard to only see the relevant data that matters to you.
To filter a Dashboard, follow these steps:
- Select the dimension you would like to filter by. These dimensions include things like age group, business entity, business unit, employment condition and many more.
- You can Include or Exclude values within that dimension. Click Apply.
- Your dashboard is now only showing information related to that dimension that matches your selected value. This filter will apply to all tabs on your dashboard.
