We've started with Humanforce HR Analytics with dashboard pages you may be familiar with - Movements and Change and Workforce Headcount. Qualifications is a brand new analytics offering to enable you to understand the status and trends of qualifications within your organisation, identify compliance risks, and spot opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
When we talk about qualifications and job requirements, they are similar terms but not the same.
A person with a job can be assigned a Qualification, that is required for them in their role, which makes it a 'Job Requirement'. If they provide the appropriate information related to the Qualification, this means that the Job Requirement is Compliant. If they have not provided the appropriate information or the qualification is expired, they are not compliant.
An employee can also add Qualifications from your organisation's Qualification Library to their profile, these are not Job Requirements. You may like to collect these to understand who in your team can work alternate shifts or is ready to be part of your internal development programs.
This new dashboard helps you to understand who in your team has a qualification, has a compliant or non compliant job requirement, who has neither and which qualifications and job requirements are expiring soon.
