Follow this guide to manually create a timesheet in the Humanforce Work or Humanforce (Legacy) mobile app. You can add start and end times, breaks, allowances, attachments, and comments before submitting for approval.
The ability to add timesheets is permission-based. If you don’t see the Add option, contact your manager.
Steps
- Open the Humanforce Work mobile app.
- Tap
Earnings (Work app) or
Timesheets (legacy app).

More > Earnings (Work app).

- Tap the + button at the bottom right of the Timesheets list.
- Complete the required fields:
- Start date / End date – Select the shift dates.
- Start time / End time – Select when the shift began and ended.
- Net length is automatically calculated.
- Tap Details to edit shift information:
- Location, Department, Role
- Shift type (e.g., Normal, Annual Leave)
- Additional fields such as Area, Event, Function, or Period may appear depending on your organisation’s setup.
- Tap Breaks to add breaks:
- Set Start time and End time.
- Toggle Paid on or off (if enabled by your organisation).
- Tap Attachments to add supporting documents:
- Select a Type (e.g., Leave/Medical Certificate).
- Tap Upload file to attach from your device.
- Tap Allowances to add allowances:
- Select a Type (e.g., KM Allowance).
- Enter the Quantity.
- Tap Comments to add any notes for your manager.
- When all details are complete, tap Create timesheet.
Your new timesheet will appear in the Timesheets list with an Unauthorised status until approved by your manager.
