Subject: Introducing Humanforce – Our New Workforce Management System

We’re excited to let you know that we will be transitioning to a new workforce management system – Humanforce, which will replace Existing Tool.
Humanforce is a modern, user-friendly platform that will help streamline how we manage schedules/rosters and clock in/out for shifts. The switch to Humanforce will bring a range of benefits, including improved mobile access and easier visibility on upcoming shifts.
This change is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the tools and systems that support you in your roles every day. We’ll be sharing training and support materials soon to help everyone become familiar with the new system.
📱 Using Humanforce on Your Phone:
You’ll be able to access Humanforce on the go by downloading the Humanforce app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Just search for “Humanforce Work (New),” and download.

Credentials to log in will come through on a welcome email from donotreply@humanforce.com or donotreply@us.humanforce.com.
Using Humanforce on the web:
For those without a smartphone, there will be a web-page option to log in and view your schedules. Credentials to log in:

🛠️ Cutover Period:
We’re aiming to transition from Existing Tool to Humanforce in August. We’ll confirm exact dates and what to expect during the cutover as we get closer.
Prior to then, please ensure you keep to the shifts on the Existing Tool whilst we prepare to transition to Humanforce. The Existing Tool will remain as the source of truth till the cutover date.
