Follow this guide to create and manage saved filter views on your Humanforce Analytics dashboards so that you can easily return to customised views of your data and share them with your team if needed.
Each dashboard includes default filters, but you can tailor the view by applying your own filter settings. Use the Save view feature to store your preferred filters for future use.
Part 1: Create a saved filter view
Go to Analytics > Dashboards > Your selected dashboard.
Apply the desired filters to customise your view (e.g. Date, Recruiter Name, etc).
Click Save view to the left of the filters on the dashboard.
In the pop-up window, enter a View name.

Choose whether to:
Save for just me (only you can access it)
Save for everyone (shared with users who have access to the same dashboard)
Click Save view.
Once saved, your view will appear in the Saved views drop-down menu at the top of the dashboard.
Part 2: Access or switch between saved views
Go to Analytics > Dashboards > Your selected dashboard.
Click the Select view option in the top left of the dashboard.
Select a saved view to apply it instantly.
The filters will update to match the selected view.
Part 3: Rename or delete a saved view
Go to Analytics > Dashboards > Your selected dashboard.
Click the Select view option in the top left of the dashboard.

Choose Manage Views in the dropdown
To Rename: Overwrite the existing text
To Delete: Click the Delete option
Click the Save button to update your saved views
Your changes will apply immediately, and deleted views will no longer appear in the list.
Part 4: Resetting Dashboard to Default Filter View
Go to Analytics > Dashboards > Your selected dashboard.
Click the View option in the top left of the dashboard.
Click Reset Dashboard
