Ask AI lets you explore your organisation's form data using plain-English questions. Instead of building custom dashboards or filtering through reports, you can type a question and receive insights about form completion rates, trends, and employee compliance.

Before you start

• Ask AI is available to customers on the Analytics Pro product tier. If you're interested in upgrading, contact your account manager.
• You need access to Humanforce Analytics with HR data enabled for your account.
• Ask AI is available from the Home page and within dashboards. Look for the Ask AI input field to get started.
• Form data analysis requires that your organisation uses forms within Humanforce (e.g. check-ins, feedback forms, improvement action plans).

Be specific about what you want to know

Include the metric, time period, or grouping you're interested in. The more detail you provide, the more relevant the answer.

Name the form design or type

If you're interested in a specific form, mention it by name. Ask AI recognises form design names such as "check in", "eNPS feedback", or "improvement action plan".

Example: "What is the completion rate for the check in form design over the past 12 months?"

Specify how you want data grouped

Ask AI can break down form data by a range of dimensions. When you want a breakdown, state the dimension clearly in your question.

Available groupings include:
